Hi my name is Lizzy I am 16 and my mother just won't let me party I don't get it though I get good grades and I'm also very responsible yes there is alcohol at these parties and yes a lot of children my age drink and so do some of my friends but I don't infact my life time goal is not to drink or have sex before marriage and she knows this but still nothing. Why are you parents like this? All year round we try to prove ourselves but do you ever notice this? NO! Were you never teens? Why can't you just understand? And yes I know its not all parents because many of my friends mothers actually let them party but to those of you who are like my mother it is a known fact that children who don't know or haven't experienced the party lifestyle while in high school unleash in College and trust me not in a good way since its the first time they feel freedom they end up doing drugs and dropping out its like a dog if you lock it up all the time and decide to unlock it one day it will go wild because it has never experienced freedom so you think you "helping" us? haha you not instead you are losing us and you can't even see it STOP BEING SO UPTIGHT
