Want advice to identify reasons for my father misbehaves

Hi all,
I require some valuable advice to identify the reason behind my father misbehavior. He was good on all aspect except one that is he is very much addiction on females, don't know why? he speak like 100% pure but we are getting consistent complaints from our neighbour houses that he is always looking in them from our house backdoor. I got irritated because of this and shouted at him, but he is not changed yet, because of this we are me&mom often fight with dad but of no use.
Need some suggestion on the ways to eradicate his maniac for females, also suggest some ideas to eradicate it
