Thanks for sharing this video. My kid is one and a half and turning to two soon. She is beginning to exhibits temper tantrums whenever things don't get her way. Using a soft tone to calm her down works for me - if only i kept reminding myself not to be agitated by her tantrums !
Many times, i get agitated and then begin raising my voice to 'overpower' her loud screaming. I guess the problem lies with me and NOT my kid maybe :(
