I just recieved the program about a week ago. little by little it has been coming together and I have beeen applying bits and pieces. But tonight, WOW--- my husband actually told me I did a great job!!!! i disconnected when I needed to and i used the words" you are responsible for your actions" and "theres no excuse for abuse". He eventually calmed down enough to talk about what happened and what he will do next time to have a more positive experience. it ended in a positive manner and he understands that he may try again tomorrow and we hugged each other after we discussed thus. I feel like i am on my way to having a better behaved child- with time and patience- this program and the words you hear in it really works...Im actually going to bed feeling happy about how things were handled and how they ended. THANK YOU!!!!
