My 8 yr old has a severe case of ADHD and her teacher has no patients with her. It started out she would call me to come get her and not involve the principal using the excuse that the principal will suspend my child. She is very hateful to my child. My child does not respect her now. She is always "picking " on my child or so my child says. She rushes me mommy is another thing savannah says to me. What laws protect my child from this, esp when she told me at first she was not going to pass because of her behavior then I went to principal and that story changed.PLEASE HELP! Oh and also how effective is home school with a child with ADHD?
