Single Mom w. 4.5 year old girl, father is in prison, they are divorced
4.5 year old is very angry a lot of the time, and demands to know where her father is. She was told by her mother that the marriage did not work out and she doesn't know where he is. He is in fact in prison and ex-wife has full custody. Because he is a violent person, he is only allowed visitation after he gets out in 2013 with Court supervision (in another State). Ex-wife is running out of things to tell her child - the child is upset because everyone in preschool has a Mom and a Dad and she does not. Ex-wife is also very afraid what might happen when he gets out of prison. He is a very manipulative, con-artist, who has done many bad things in his past, including armed robbery, stalking, physical and mental abuse and the like. He went to prison when the baby was 9 months old and he has not seen her since. Ex-wife has a permanent injunction against him because of physical violence and threats he made. He has written numerous letters which are in violation of the injunction, but Ex-wife has never responded to any of them. This is complicated and we could use some help as to how to deal with this situation PLEASE!
