Should a 14yr old be told the description of his dead mom's body after car accident

I am the sole care provider of my 14yr grandson. He lost his mom suddenely to a drunk driver. We all lived together and I was his back up mom since my daughter had him. We are very close. He displays such bad behavior. Believe me we have been though it all. Tried everything. We are in counselling. Counsellor says he hasn't dealt with his mom's death. I am the point where I'm thinking of talking to him to see if he wants to know details of the incident, including details on his mom's condition of her body. Do you think 14yrs old is too young? Maybe he needs to know but I don't want to create a unforgetable image in his head. Anyone been through this? Pls advise
