My stepson who is 4 yrs old cries all the time for no reason at times.

There will be times I tell him to get up and go watch TV, then a few minutes later I hear him crying, ask him why, and he always says "I don't know!" He cries about things he shouldn't cry about, a spoon fell on his leg and he screamed bloody murder. He cries if his dad goes out to the garage. Everything he cries over, and now he is starting to lie a lot, steal stuff from his step siblings and hitting them and talking back.
