My childs mother refuses to tell me my childs still alive

My ex partner and i have a child custody order concerning our 3 yr old daughter, she has breached the order and has not let me have my access rights for the past 2-3 months, i got told she moved away out of the adelaide metropolitan area, hasnt given me a phone number or address of where shes staying (which is stated in the court order she has to do) i last spoke to my daughter & her mother on christmas day as i was suppose to have her that weekend, the mother hung up on me and refused to answer i have not seen or heard from her since, ive tried calling numerous times, ive messaged to ask if my daughter is still alive and ive heard nothing, iv spoken to federal police and the courts but besides taking her back to court (which will take months) there seems to be nobody to help me, All i want to know is if my daughter is alive, safe, heAlthy and obviously see her!
Can somebody please help me with a number or business or anyone i can contact in adelaide, south australia that can help me immediatly find out my childs safety! Im extremely worried!
