I presumed your baby is below 6months? Both of my girls had this problem too when they below 6months . I was advised by my baby doc to burp them and let them sit upright or at least 45deg for 20-30min after feeding. It was really helpful!

I was told if they vomit, it could be that they are a bit too greedy and the tummy cannot handle it or that there may be a reflux prob, but only your doc can diagnose this.
You may want to see the doc to ease your worries. Though many times, this could be something not of big worry. The important thing is whether your baby is gaining or losing weight. Doc generally will only be concern if an infant loses weight drastically.
