My 9yr old acts like a 5th old

Ou r 9year old daughter acts like a 5 yr old throwing hissy fits if she doesn't get her own way. We also have a 3yr old who is picking up on her bad habits. It is getting embarrassing when she has friends over and I worry that she will start to loose friends if she carries on like this
