my 8 years old daughter does not obey me and she is angry all the time

my 8years daughet doesnot obey me at all and get angry on small things and started crying loudly.from fews days she has lost intrest in her studes.i sat with her hug her and ask politely that what is the problem with you she again starts crying.she is angry on her 3 years old brother when he touch her books or any thing related to her.im very concorned what to do.now after this behaviour i have top yelling on her trying to be polite.
