My 3-year old acts up when i am talking on the phone. Why cant he understand that i am busy?
I got frustrated when my 3 year old interrupts me when i am on the phone. Why can't he understand that mummy is busy? Do kids at this age care about the feelings of their parent?

he is just trying to get ur attention. he wants u to atten to him rather than talk over the phone, usually kids don't see what u are feeling , all they know is how they feel about the situation. i am not an expert but i am a mother of 3 yr old son , who does the same to me, if i am really busy i will ignore him and then i will get back to him saying sorry i was very busy to play with u, now that i am here lets play, he will smile and start playing and soon he will forget that part, personally i feel 3yr old is a tough age and it is the right time to set some limits and letting them know what is right and what not, so all the best...
