My 14 year old niece is acting so boy crazy and not acting very lady like

My sister n law called me and is not sure what to do? She told me that at the school dance she was caught grinding with a boy twice. not sure what that is but she said it is some type of dancing but not appropriate for a young girl to be doing. she is not sure how to get it across to her that this has to change.
