Hi.I did ask my ex to come over for our childs second birthday,he did refuse. And as an explanation he said"that us spending time together at the party will just hurt our child,as she will espect us to spending more time togheter" he is going to see her day before coz that is the day when normally they see each other. I do have to say that my ex lives with his new partner since he left me,and at the minute on my request he is seeing our child 3 days per week at his mothers house,were our child feels save,and since twomonths he is slowly introducing his girlfrend to our child as i did agreed for it.After her birthday he will be taking her to his house one day in the week and two others he will do as he did done before,coz he do not see the sense to drive from work to myplace to get his child and then drive to his and then to drop child back to mine and back home.( The funniest thing is that before i did agreed for him to start introducing our child to his partner he was naging me to let him take his child all tree days to his ) I dont think that both parents on childs birthday party can hurt the chaild.Can you tell me wot you think ,or maybe he is right and I'm overreacting .Thanks .Willow
