how do i make my 5 yrs old daughter n 11 yrs old niece that live with me to get along?

i have a 5 yrs old daughter n 11 yrs old niece that live with me n they both do not get along at all. i get really stressed out most of the time. i always tell them to get along n to love each other but it seen like they can't do that. i love my niece the same way i love my daughter. please help give me some advise.
