Ho do I help my 18 year old son to self actualize?

My son just turned 18 years old and is a middle child. His two sisters are both active in dance and guitar. However, he has always been reserved, and does not show any interest in sports. He spends a lot of time watching TV and the Internet (especially Hentai cartoons). I have also discovered that he visits porn websites and saves erotic pictures. We do not communicate enough as I am a very busy father. However, I want to change this and have a better relationship with my son. I also want to help him to find a skill or sport or some interest that can give him a unique expression. Recently he got drunk at a party, and it was then that we found out that he was drinking. I don't know where to start, and I need some ideas on repairing our relationship in order to achieve friendship.
