He asks the same questions over and over again. Most of the questions are about germs or getting hurt or sick from touching something , bumping into something, or hurting from something he touched.

Hi D, I was just wondering how old is your grandchild? People with OCD generally requires a certain 'ritual' or certain compulsive activities to keep them going. He or she may feel that something bad will happen is they do not do certain things in a certain manner in a certain number of times, etc... From what you are describing, could it be that he feels insecure and needing attention?
