Is your child deaf like it say's in your story if so you need proffessial help Good luck If he is not then you are letting him control you at 3 years old come on if you let him do that now by the time he's six he will be the parent you you will be the child.Keep on with the time outs but keep to it when you say time out well that means time out but remember for little kids time out is a very long time well that dependeing the time for the time out for a child that young the say the time out should be longer than three to five minutes and that does not work, Try asking for help.
