My two 11 and 12 yr old grandaughters are being forced to play with new 9 yr old stepsister. All the time when they get together. Since birth my grandaughters have been very close. they have the same interests,trade clothes.and love each other very much. When my daughter remarried,her new husband has a 9 yr old needy,daughther, who just can't entertain herself. Rverything my two grandaughters get,the step daughter has to have one too. When my one granaughter has her weekend with her dad,they pawn off the younger to her granny or a sleepover with a friend. Then my daughter and her hubby can have a date night.This 9 year old,gets on her own fathers nerves and my daughters, She'll follow you around like a puppy dog. She asks questions that she obviosly can see the answer..she copies whatever my grandaughter does. I know she is a child of God,but she can be annoying..God forgive me... My son and daughter in law, have one child,my 12 yr old grandaughter. They don't like his sisters and brother in laws ultimatums and has burned their bridges with my daughter (his sister). All was fine before my daughter married. Now, we resent the step daughter and her dad. My daughter seems to go along with it. I would never like to be told that people were forced to play with me!
