Behavior problem children who react to everything as funny

I am a behavior specialist and I see behaviorally disturbed children who act like everything is funny --even punishment. They may laugh when they hurt others, or get hurt themselves. They sometimes also do not have normal feeling for physical pain and may even deliberately seek it. Other doctors say that they do not see such children have any of you parents or professionals
