my 3yr old son keeps asking if im happy with him, he also keeps asking his father, grandparents and his childminders, he does this at least 4times a day, why is he doing this?

You have a real opportunity to help the little boy overcome his insecurity, because that?s what it is. Sometimes we all wished we could be like this loveable little lad, and ask people who seem to disapprove of much what we do, ?have I done something wrong, are you happy with me?' We don?t do that do we because it would be seen to be immature? Little boys have no problems in asking. Consider it a joy that he evidently wants to please you and needs re-assurance that all are happy with him. He is worth more than jewels in his beautiful innocence. Love him and love him again, hug him and love him like crazy, he?s your precious son!
