Any good books to teach my toddler to read?

Hi everyone,
I am looking around for books that will help me to teach my 3 year old kid to read. Preferably those that put good emphasis on phonics. Are there any good ones out there that anyone have had good experiences with?

I am now using a book "Teach Your Child to Read in 100 Easy Lessons" by Siefried Engelmann. Its a step by step lesson plan based on the proven SRA DISTAR reading program that i can use to teach my child.
