Hi everyone, I am looking around for books that will help me to teach my 3 year old kid to read. Preferably those that put good emphasis on phonics. Are there any good ones out there that anyone have had good experiences with?

Any good books to teach my toddler to read?
You don't need to buy an expensive programme - just READ, READ, READ to your child from the time they're born.
Read for 10 minutes a day minimum - the same books over and over plus new books every day.
For more info, read a brilliant book called 'Reading Magic: How your child can learn to read before school and other read-aloud miracles' by Mem Fox.

child book publishing company by: Anonymous
I have found this site helpful. I have 5 children and 6 grandbabies and we all love to read. Parents that read to and teach the young children are giving the child a great gift and you benefit by the time you spend together. child book publishing company
