7 yr old boy reluctuant to do math

I have a 7 yr old boy in P1 this year. He is always reluctuant to do any assignment especially for maths.
Every piece of work seem to be a struggle to him.
I m tired of all the canning, screaming at him.
Any advise?

(the boy do have some visual motor impairment issue)
