6 yr son indulging in touchin private parts of his bro..

my 6 yr old son was invoved in making his younger brother touch his private parts and vice versa...has he lost his innocence....he told me that he learnt this game from one of his cousin who lives nearby....i stopped him earlier also 3 to 4 times but all in vain....i feel even bad when he is making his younger brother do the same as he was made to do by his cousin...please help.....
