13 year old son in Alberta Refuses to go back to father`s

Due to having one of the highest and most susccessful child custody lawyers in Canda, my ex got prmatie of our son. he lied out his teeth etc. I am a single mother and had only legal aid who worked under his lawyer before and agreed to what ever she said. For years my son has told of what goes on at his dad but with his father a "very successful business" no one has listened to him. he does have acourt ordered phyc who is to speak for him but he can not give his opionion. Our son is starting to break down, self mutalation and cries all the time as he wants to live with me and not with dad..for many reason but court will not listen... Our son says there is no way he is going back to his dad`s the next time I pick him up. What do I do? He is 13.
